The JZR500 Diesel Skip-Hoist Concrete Mixer is a highly efficient, heavy-duty site mixer engineered for contractors who need self-contained aggregate loading capabilities in a compact, towable package. This 0.5m3 output machine is ideal for small-to-medium residential builds, rural infrastructure projects, and concrete pouring in remote areas where 3-phase electrical grid power is unavailable.
As clearly shown in the image, the machine is built on a rigid, towable site chassis equipped with a front tow hitch and heavy-duty pneumatic tires for easy repositioning. To operate, the four integrated steel stabilizer legs are extended down to lift the tires off the ground, creating a completely stable, level mixing station.
The machine operates via a mechanical skip-hoist system: raw aggregates are shoveled into the ground-level hopper visible at the rear; a heavy-duty cable-and-pulley winch system then lifts the skip up the vertical steel tracks, tipping the raw material directly into the double-cone mixing drum. Driven by a dependable, radiator-cooled single or multi-cylinder diesel engine housed beneath the frame, the bi-cone drum rotates clockwise to mix the concrete thoroughly and counter-clockwise to cleanly discharge a fresh 0.5m3 batch into wheelbarrows or a concrete pump hopper.
